PAID SERVICES
The Services may be provided for a fee or other charge. If you elect to use paid aspects of the Services, you agree to the pricing and payment terms listed on the Site, which Dessix may update from time to time. Dessix may add new services for additional fees and charges, or amend fees and charges for existing services, at any time and in its sole discretion.
All payment information that you provide to Dessix must be accurate, valid, complete, and current. Your payment information will be automatically charged or billed on a subscription basis for the Services until you provide Dessix with a notice of cancellation. We do not provide you with the equipment to access our Services. You are responsible for all fees charged by third parties related to your access and use of our Services (e.g., charges by Internet service providers).

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. You agree that any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
