1. Refund Eligibility

Our refund policy applies to the following services:

• Token Package Purchase (Token Access Plan)
• Annual Subscription (Co-Creator Plan)

2. Token Access Plan Refund Policy

For Token Package purchases, our refund policy includes:

• Full refund available within 24 hours of purchase
• All issued tokens will be automatically reclaimed upon refund
• Token usage during the refund period will not be calculated or charged
• No refunds will be provided after the 24-hour period

3. Co-Creator Plan Refund Policy

For Annual Subscriptions, our refund policy includes:

• 48-hour trial period with full refund eligibility
• All issued tokens and subscription benefits will be immediately revoked upon cancellation
• If account has insufficient tokens for reclamation, the balance will be set to zero
• Token usage during the trial period will not be calculated or charged
• No refunds will be provided after the 48-hour trial period

4. Refund Process

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

2. Include your account information and reason for the refund
3. Our support team will process your request within 1-3 business days
4. Refunds will be issued through the original payment method

5. Refund Restrictions

Refunds may be denied under the following circumstances:

• Account violations or abuse
• Service usage exceeding 20% of the purchase amount
• Requests made after the refund period
• Orders with issued invoices
